TERMS &CONDITIONS
HIRE CHARGE
To enable us to guarantee you the exclusive use of Heskin Hall on the day of your choice we charge a fee of £1,500 for bookings taken in 2009. A chosen date will be held for 10 days free of charge but to secure it you must pay a deposit of £500. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable.
We have a wedding ceremony fee. If you wish to have your wedding with us as well as your reception we charge a reduced rate of £500 which includes the use of our ceremony chair covers.
CONFIRMATION & FINAL NUMBERS
Whilst we endeavour to cater for any last minute changes your account will be based on final numbers given and is payable 4 weeks before your chosen day. An extra charge will be levied for any extra numbers added after this or extra beverages. This is payable within 7 days of invoice.
CANCELLATION & DAMAGES
In the event of cancellation the following charges will be made on the basis of a percentage of the final costs which will be based on the numbers and costings notified to you from time to time.
Upto 26 weeks - deposit only
22 - 26 weeks - 25%
16 - 22 weeks - 50%
9 - 15 weeks - 75%
4 - 8 weeks - 100%
We reserve the right to charge for any damages to the premises, fixtures, fittings or other goods on the premises caused by you or a member of your party or their guests.
PRICES
We endeavour to stick to prices quoted for food and beverages. If however intervening events take prices of materials beyond our ability to absorb them (a minimum 15% increase since booking) we reserve the right to levy further charges. We will only do so with at least 1 months notice and will attempt to settle the matter in some other way, for instance by agreed menu changes where ever possible. Please note that we also reserve the right to levy a surcharge of 2.5% for payments by credit card.
