Unlike most other north west wedding venues we do not have set packages for food and drink we prefer to tailor our formal and buffet menus to each couple. How your day goes is largely up to you. You can use formal or buffet menus at whichever part of the day you wish and we are happy to discuss them with you to guide you so you make use of our experience so that the crucial food and drink issue is settled to your satisfaction.
LANCASHIRE WEDDINGS - FORMAL DINING
Many people envisage a day that is quite structured. This usually can start with a welcome drink and canapes before continuing to a formal wedding breakfast and then a buffet for the evening. We are fully licensed and can cater for most of your ideas on formal and buffet menus. We believe that weddings in Lancashire have the benefit of an abundance of good local produce and we try to use locally sourced produce as much as possible in our formal and buffet menus and tailor them to you as far as possible. In fact, to date, we have not had two weddings use the same formal or buffet menus. Some examples of wedding breakfast menus we have done in the past are set out below.

Prices for formal and buffet menus can vary widely but on average our wedding breakfast menus cost between £26 - £30 pp, obviously it all depends on your choice of food and drink. Canapes are usually about £3.50pp but again it depends on your choice. Food and drink at weddings is always a difficult question. You have to remember to not only suit yourselves but bear in mind the often very diverse tastes of your guests. Do not forget there are many other issues to be considered with food and drink, not just the formal and buffet menus but also catering for allergies etc.
WEDDING CO-ORDINATOR SERVICE
The flexibility of our service for your Lancashire wedding means that our wedding co-ordinator service is often a boon. We are always on hand to help you and can take on board as little or as much of the organisation of your day as you like. Help with your food and drink choices is only one of our services. We can provide a selection of supplier choices. Our inhouse DJs' work to your playlist and we have a large selection of soloist and bands to choose from should you want live music. We have even negotiated an advantageous rate (at least 5% discount on her normal charges) with a fine local florist in respect of table decoration. Should you need them we can also provide a list of well respected providers for cars, cakes, photographers and local accommodation and even beauticians, dresses and hairdressers. Again we believe in the use of Local suppliers where ever possible for your Lancashire wedding but are happy to look at any of your choices provided they come with requisite insurance etc. Just ask.
