FOOD AND DRINK AT HESKIN HALL
Unlike most other north west wedding venues we do not have set packages for food and drink we prefer to tailor our formal and buffet menus to each couple. How your day goes is largely up to you. You can use formal or buffet menus at whichever part of the day you wish and we are happy to discuss them with you to guide you so you make use of our experience so that the crucial food and drink issue is settled to your satisfaction.
LANCASHIRE WEDDINGS - INFORMAL
Many couples now wish to have a more informal affair. We are happy to oblige with formal or buffet menus that can be tailored to most tastes. For example many people now choose to have a late wedding ceremony (often at Heskin Hall which is a fine venue for a Lancashire wedding ceremony) and then have perhaps canapes followed by a buffet. We have catered for many of these events very successfully providing everything from a picnic style finger buffet to a carvery, a "high tea" to a hot & cold buffet. Prices have ranged from £14 to £26pp. Formal and buffet menus can be created by us for almost any taste.
Your canapes need not be formal either. We have provided everything from caviar to cake!,

WEDDING CO-ORDINATOR SERVICE
The flexibility of our service for your Lancashire wedding means that our wedding co-ordinator service is often a boon. We are always on hand to help you and can take on board as little or as much of the organisation of your day as you like. Help with your food and drink choices is only one of our services. We can provide a selection of supplier choices, should you need them, from cars to cakes bands to photographers and local accommodation and even beauticians, dresses and hairdressers. Again we believe in the use of Local suppliers whereever possible for your Lancashire wedding but are happy to look at any of your choices provided they come with requisite insurance etc. Just ask.
